That’s why The LifeCentre will provide only those services for which a patient has been referred. If a question should arise during diagnosis or treatment, our team will call you to discuss the case and together, determine the best course of action for the patient and pet owner. We proudly accept your referrals with a deep sense of responsibility, not only to the patient and their family, but also to you, because we recognize that you have trusted TLC as an extension of your quality care.
Occasionally we may determine that it is in the pet’s best interests for an interdepartmental transfer. Since we are a multi-specialty center, this is easily and conveniently accomplished, and you will always be notified if such a need arises. Appointments for consultations can be made by you on behalf of your client or by the client upon your referral. We appreciate receiving all pertinent medical records, diagnostic test results and a completed referral form prior to the consultation. You do not need to call TLC when making a referral; however, your inquiries are always welcome, and details regarding a patient’s special needs are always appreciated.
