I have quite the history utilizing TLC and will never consider another emergency vet for our dogs. First was my Golden Tiki, she had emergency surgery for ingesting part of her toy then 2 years after that contracted HGE. Both 5 day visits for her and I couldn’t have been happier with her care and the excellent communication from the staff. Next was my Lab Eli, he was attacked by another dog and required stitches then a few years later rushed there because we thought he had bloat. Again we were extremely happy with the care, knowledge of the doctors, and communication by the staff. Finally, we now have a puppy Newfoundland named Yogi. We found out the other day he has parvovirus and has been in TLCs care since. Time and time again I have received amazing care for my pets, the doctors are thorough and consistent in their information and the staff is friendly and caring in every way. While I am always stunned by the cost, I am always happy to bite the bullet to pay for the quality of care my dogs have and will continue to receive there.
